Laser Cutting

Laser cutting is the fastest and most efficient way of cutting metals.
It's precise, clean and high quality.

We use the best machinery and tools to get your design produced as it is.

We carry out precise production processes from 0.2 mm to 15 mm thickness with our 3k-6k cutting machine, which has all the materials of our company with the dimensions of 1500 x 3000 mm.

CNC Abkant Bending

CNC, computer numerically controlled, bending is used for bending metal sheets as desired.

Mavi Lazer Makina provides bending services with its highly sensitive CNC machinery and offer modified CNC shaping services for specific measurements and dimensions.

All of our business partner are also trade on from our company’s CNC machinery based capabilities for their specific needs in their projects.

Lightweight materials like stainless steel sheets are formed into several shapes including;

- U-shape

- V-shape and

- Channel shapes

Electrical enclosures, profiles, hollow section steel products, angles and flat bars are common products that are shaped via sensitive CNC bending.

We use the latest technology tools for flawless shaping.

Welding

We use welding to joint metal pieces together.

We care for details and aim for the cleanest connections.

We offer high quality welding service with certificated staff who are experienced in carbon steel and stainless stain material;
